Between each chapter, we’ll pause. We’ll reflect and set intentions.

BETWEEN EACH CHAPTER
Integration
Every portrait experience begins with a private 90 minute Integration Session. We’ll meet in person or over Zoom to talk about what you’re navigating, and what this season is asking of you. This isn’t therapy or coaching. It’s space. Space for you to think. Space to be witnessed. Space to soulfully step into the chapter we’re about to create.
Embodiment
After each experience, you’ll receive a personalized Embodiment Guide with reflections and prompts created specifically for you. The photographs become reminders. The real work happens while you live.
